Fatima KANE

A young Senegalese designer, Fatima was born in Dakar to a Mauritanian mother and a Senegalese father. 

After her schooling in her home town, she continued her higher education in the capital of fashion and art: PARIS.

With a Master’s degree in Financial Expertise in hand, she sought to materialise her taste for fashion by taking courses in fashion design and styling in the City of Light.

Fatima is inspired by the colourful and bold style of her native Africa and the chic and refinement of Paris.

Fatima is a pure fashionista, even when she was younger she was already distinguishing herself by her creative and unique style. This uniqueness led her to create a mini collection of WAX* jackets during her student life.

In 2021 Fatima decided to devote herself to her passion and create the brand TACIMA.

Between her life in Paris and her stays in her native Dakar, she juggles the financial and fashion worlds and represents, as much as her brand Tacima, the ambitious and independent woman.

Through this platform, Fatima shares her elegant style and her vision of the perfect dressing for an emancipated woman.

Elegance is not limited to suits, it is a way of life.
